Jasper Test Automation
JasperTM is a test application specially developed for the Jasperreports Server, which you can use to ensure that your reports function properly during updates. Both functional tests and regression tests are supported.
Because highly developed report environments usually share resources, it is necessary to test the new functions during an update, but also to ensure that unchanged areas continue to function reliably.
JasperTM executes hundreds of test cases in a matter of seconds and provides the results for a before/after comparison in a web interface. In this way, you reduce the duration of your maintenance windows to a minimum and at the same time achieve maximum certainty that no unpleasant surprises await you tomorrow!
Load predefined test cases in standardized JSON format into JasperTM and select which ones are to be executed. Detailed logging with a filter function provides you with information on errors.
You can check the details of your test cases interactively online and display the results as a PDF.
